Q: Where is my tailor being tailored?
A: All orders are hand tailored in our workshops in Thailand. And we have own Master Custom Tailor that service you in Germany.
Q: What are the steps to get a custom tailor made?
A: There are Two easy steps .
Discuss your needs with one of our fashion consultants . You can also bring a garment to copy or format of the magazine that you want to copy.
Make an Appointment date, time and location to choose the fabric you want to have over 25,000 samples and we use to measure with your digital images , so we can collect information about the shape and size of your .
Q: How long will take to get my suits and shirts?
A: Order taken from overseas take approximately 4-6 weeks. However we do offer express delivery 1 week too.
Q: Do you keep ours measurements on database?
A: Yes ours professional tailors measure you we will kept your record for 5 years.
Q: Do I need to get measured every time I order?
A: No. If yours size have not changed, you can make another order with the exact same measurement as you previous order.
Q: What happens if the Suits or Clothes does not fit first time around?
